Falling Walls Lab Paris

Taking part in the Falling Walls Lab final in Paris and representing France in Berlin was an incredible experience. The competition in Paris was already very stimulating, but the international final in Berlin was truly a highlight. Being surrounded by so many brilliant minds and innovators from all over the world inspired and motivated me to take my project to the next level. Berlin was a perfect platform to showcase our work on the international stage and receive valuable feedback.

Pitching my project in Berlin was an extremely enriching experience. I was lucky enough to have access to a personalized coaching and preparation program, with experts in public communication, popularization and entrepreneurial follow-up from the Falling Walls Lab organization team in Paris. This preparation for a 3-minute pitch in English taught me how to synthesize effectively and convey short, relevant messages. It not only helped me refine my pitch, but also gave me lasting communication skills. The pitch was then a superb experience for spreading the word about our project, and the event's communication tools still have an important leverage effect today.

The Falling Walls day on November 9 was extremely beneficial. I was able to make valuable contacts, meet investors with whom I'm still in touch, and draw inspiration from other participants and speakers. Participating in various conferences and discussions enabled me to expand my international network and strengthen my entrepreneurial skills. The day also brought significant visibility to our project, opening up new opportunities for collaboration.

I'd advise anyone thinking of applying to the Paris 2024 finals not to hesitate. It's an invaluable opportunity to meet inspiring people, learn new skills, test your ideas and refine your entrepreneurial project. The experience and network you'll build will be invaluable assets for your career.
